For this project, the homeowner had a concrete retaining wall that was approximately 25 years old. Over the years the water level of Cool Creek in that area got low enough that it is below the concrete wall causing the lawn on the inside to erode. As the soil was sucked out of the lawn, this was creating a giant sinkhole in the lawn. Fortunately, there is a way to repair it and prevent further erosion in the future.
